What you can Edit
Within this site there are two 'modes' to remember.
View Mode:
The first is viewing the site as if you were looking at it as an
anonymous web user. This is how the world will see your site. If you
are logged in, a menu bar will appear at the top of the site on every
page. These menu options allow you access to various features of the
site.
If you have access to edit the content that you are viewing as a web page, an 'Edit Mode Actions'
task bar will appear above the content area that is editable. Common
icons, which are the actions you may perform, are the folder icon (
) and the pencil icon (
). Use the pencil icon to directly open the Edit
Mode to change items on the web page. Click on the folder icon to
open the Edit Mode for viewing all of the items contained within the
folder location of the web site.
Note: Only the Content section of the web page is editable. The header, footer, and visual appearance of the site cannot be changed with these features.
Edit Mode:
The second viewing mode is Edit Mode. This mode allows you to access all of the items contained on the website. You may add, change or remove any item that you have access to.
Web Pages, Folders, Photos, Photo Albums, Events, and File Attachments can be added with any folder of the website.
